The Cathedral of the Transfiguration north of the city of Toronto is an imposing structure which for years had basically nothing around it. Now like most areas of the Greater Toronto area the urban sprawl is on it's door step.Unfortunately I have not had the privilege of seeing it from the inside.

You've taken a beautiful photo of that delightful cathedral. A few days ago I featured a Byzantine Rite Roman Catholic cathedral (Melkite), quite different from the one you are showing today.

The Aladdin church was what we always referred to this building as.
