When this sign first went up many residents believed it was a bar. It's rumoured even the local bylaw inspector stopped by only to be told it was in fact a clothing store. Sadly they are closing this month.

I'm trying to figure out where this is, Ken. What kind of clothing does/did it sell? Usually clothing stores have a big front window to advertise the type of merchandise they have. I'm not surprised it's closing.
eg, they sold designer clothing.The location was bad being off Main St behind a furniture shop.
Maybe they should have called it something more...er...welcoming.
I have not seen this particular name on a store before but similar ones here when the malls were first opening and they were filled with shoppers and lookers. The angry names were the first to close.
Well, I guess name of angry monkey for clothing store is a bad idea. I thought it was a club at first.
