Salt 'n' Pepper

I don't know about you when I'm served my food at a restaurant I never add salt or pepper. In North America we get more than enough salt in our diets without adding any more, mainly, through the consumption of processed foods. The average Canadian adult consumes more than 3000 mg of salt well above the recommended upper limit of 2300 mg. So the next time you go shopping, do what I do, look at the labels you may be surprised.

I agree, I add neither. Well omly if it's black pepper. I like the compostion on this and effectiely you hvae bought those srrong colours out. Soemtimes the most striking images are of the most mundane of objects.

This is one of my favourite photos you've posted here. I love the colours and comp - even though the subject is only a salt and pepper shaker, it's a great photo.

I really like this photo.
(I have to agree with Lisa - one of your best!).
For me, it's the colours.
