The National Sports of Canada Act(1994) declared that ice hockey was the national winter sport and lacrosse the national summer sport.

I really like this picture. It just looks so Canadian.
Oh man, for years I've been telling people that hockey was our national past time and that lacrosse was our national sport. How wrong!
