Wandered around the grounds of Stouffville Museum yesterday and found this interesting object. I'm not sure if its a grinding wheel for sharpening or possible used for milling grains.

It looks like a wheel off Fred Flintstone's car.
Maybe a wheel left over from the Antique and Classic Car Show that they have there every August?
