Yes, you are right on all four counts of my puzzles on my blogs. The feathers are from pheasants, I believe. The leeks look more like leeks than onions, I think. It was the fish skin that I couldn't guess. I had to get at the answer by thinking from the opposite way -- what is Northumberland famous for?
