Obviously this person didn't like the traditional headstones. To me it looks like a bird bath. Cemetery at St. George's Church, Sibbald Point.

A lot more useful to the birds than the traditional type of hedstone.
Maybe she liked birds. Flowers on a grave don't last very long either. I like this idea.
