Are they still nesting up your way? We had a pair last year and this year, in the early summer we ended up with six. All one family I think. However we are down to one pair again. They are very beautiful to look at but they eat up all my bird seed, so the squirrel cover had to be lowered over the feed tray and now they can't get under. But the little birds can, though it took them a little while to figure it out
How exciting, being able to see a nest from your wondow.
