Old Town Hall

Built in 1896 it started life as a market and concert hall but it has also been a movie theatre, bowling alley and billiard hall, garage and finally a town hall. The town vacated the premises about 10 years ago and it remained empty except for a few artists that rent some space.
Now it will be turned into an arts, cultural and entertainment centre with construction starting this month.

It's a lovely building. I can see why artists are attracted to it. Maybe you'll let us see it again as the project goes along...
