Last month I posted a photo of a wild turkey in a field. This one was crossing the road as I drove up so I stopped and took its picture. As I did another one, that I didn't see, flew over the car.

What a great picture! It reminds me of when my husband would go out turkey hunting and never see one, but I'd see them all over while driving,lol.
Wonderful. Wonderful that there are enough turkeys around for them to be bold enough to fly and cross the roads. Nice. You must have the right kind of environment.
Tee hee! One of my friends had a wild turkey peering in at her through her back glass doors yesterday. But I have yet gotten close enough to catch one with my camera.
