Pillars of Justice

Pillars of Justice by Edwina Sandys located in Toronto outside the courts. The pillars are the silhouettes of eleven men and women symbolizes the publics role in the justice system. One pillar is missing inviting you to take that role in the justice system.
The artist is apparently the great grand daughter of Winston Churchill.
